How cool. So neat to see that it worked. Have looked at those in the shops and thought they would be fun. Have you tried any of the others?

Looks fascinating and love seeing the absorbed concentration of your girls at work. Glad it worked! :)

Haha Susan, thanks for fighting your way through Blogger to post, you are awesome! xxxx

We got these for Christmas from the inlaws Mich. Den got a dinosaur one, where you uncover the fossil and then build a glow in the dark skeleton. I think she lost her skeleton though. They are interesting and fun. I'd suggest trying some different sets and seeing where you kids interests lie, eg, chemistry, mechanics/electrics, dinosaurs. Then you can buy one of the bigger kits with quite a few different experiments, a more in-depth over view.

Thanks Sarah, I was too, lol!

I looked on the label and they are made in the UK Karen, so I'm assuming you get them there. Otherwise I'll send you one or two. Let me know. xxxx

The Word Party

Loving words clutch crimson roses,
Rude words sniff and pick their noses,
Sly words come dressed as foxes,
Short words stand on cardboard boxes,
Common words tell jokes and gabble,
Complicated words play Scrabble,
Swear words stamp around and shout,
Hard words stare eachother out,
Foreign words look lost and shrug,
Careless words trip on the rug,
Long words slouch with stooping shoulders,
Code words carry secret folders,
Silly words flick rubber bands,
Hyphenated words hold hands,
Strong words show off, bending metal,
Sweet words call each other 'petal',
Small words yawn and suck their thumbs,
Till at last the morning comes,
Kind words give out farewell posies....
Snap! The dictionary closes.
